Program highlights
DEI was never enough
We must not only hold the line, but prepare to advance the fight for racial and social justice in the face of fascism and state violence.
Our 3 tracks of inquiry will help us reach beyond the C-Suite, and their performative policies, to build stronger, broader coalitions ready to build the future we all deserve.
3 lines of inquiry & exploration
-
Hold the line
How do we hold the line for racial & social justice through a hostile government takeover?
How do we build relationships, community and powerful international coalitions in this age of virtual burnout, information overload and social isolation?
What are the practical skills necessary for forging solidarity within and across communities, workplaces and sectors?
What does solidarity look like in our intimate relationships with loved ones, and with ourselves?
-
Future Vision
Is dreaming a form of resistance or a form of bypassing?
How do we nurture and sustain our dreams through heartbreak and injustice?
Where do we find faith that a just and thriving future for all is still possible?
How do we build transformative communities of faith, beyond the traditional systems & harms of organized religion?
How can we move toward creation, growth, and affirmation of life?
-
Joy in Solidarity
How do you relish the beauty and pleasure of life while enduring its heartbreaks and devastation?
Can fun and joy be solidarity strategies too? Can you have true solidarity without them?
How do we make solidarity sexy? How do we connect to the sensuous nature of building solidarity and learning to create in the margins?
How many cities can host IRL Strategy & Solidarity meetups during our global summit?

We must absolutely hold the line and continue to fight for racial and social justice in the face of fascism and state violence.
And, many of the corporate and public agency Diversity Equity and Inclusion programs now in the US apartheid regime’s crosshairs, weren’t actually creating significant structural change.
DEI initiatives varied wildly. They often ranged from deeply problematic and harmful, to empty performances and tokenizing gestures with no meaningful follow through on commitments.
Occasionally, some managed to implement helpful staff & customer support programs.
A rare few even succeeded in crafting brilliant strategic policy interventions to mitigate racial disparities in housing, healthcare, education, employment and beyond.
Sadly, none of these efforts was ever going to be enough to reach our real goals.
Collective liberation and the creation of a vibrant, abundant, thriving future for all, requires diverse & holistic approaches to reclaiming our humanity from the oppressive triumvirate of white supremacy, patriarchy and capitalism.
DEI was a bandaid on the beast.
We need more deeply radical strategies for grounded solidarity in our workplaces, neighborhoods, communities and families to survive the current political moment, and to create the thriving future that we know is still possible.
DEI was never enough is a rallying cry for all those who know we need to keep pushing for more RIGHT NOW, not just fighting to protect what was, but fiercely dreaming, defending, building and creating what will be.

The Strategy & Solidarity Collective is a growing global community of leaders, activists, artists, and practitioners dedicated to creating a more just and thriving world.
We provide holistic services for personal and organizational transformation to create new possibilities for the future.
Our members are activists, organizers, coaches, consultants, practitioners, professionals and leaders doing real front line work in our communities every day.
We aren’t influencers or personalities, we are changemakers who think global, act local and have lifetimes of real world experience and demonstrated outcomes.
Many of our lives & livelihoods are under direct or already being impacted by the US apartheid regime and it’s fascist tactics.
But we don’t move from fear. We’re holding the line, building community & coalitions, and we keep pushing towards the future we all deserve.
Faster alone, further together.
