Through this guided healing meditation, you will cultivate the feeling of safety in your body, shed self-limiting beliefs, and resonate with the energies of love, community and connection. Designed to soothe your nervous system, the session will include gentle seated stretches, an immersive guided meditation, mini sound bath and reflection prompts.
Session Description
Through this guided healing meditation, you will cultivate the feeling of safety in your body, shed self-limiting beliefs, and resonate with the energies of love, community and connection that The Strategy & Solidarity Collective is cultivating.
The session will begin with a short accessible seated stretching sequence, followed by nervous-system calming breaths designed to settle the physical body. Emma will then guide the listeners through an immersive visualisation meditation enhanced with sound frequency and Reiki distance healing energy.
After the meditation she’ll offer reflective journaling prompts and suggestions for simple nervous system practices that participants can take into their daily lives. The goal is to offer a moment of spiritual healing by way of nervous system regulation, fostering a sense of safety in the physical body and encouraging the listener in meditation to open the channel to their guides and higher self.
Participants will leave with a grounding sense of safety in knowing that we are part of a growing community aligned with The Strategy & Solidarity Collective.
Presenter Bio
After years of chaotic living, prioritising external pressures over my inner self, pushing my body & mind to extremes and ultimately reaching burnout - I realized that there is so much more to life than we've been traditionally taught. There is a key element to health and happiness between nutrition, hydration and exercise - this element is our spiritual wellbeing.
Through practices like meditation, Reiki, connecting to my intuition with tarot readings and training my mind to lean towards the positive, I have cultivated a life of joy and happiness. Even in the most challenging times I can find the ray of light, a skill I am so grateful for and want to share with others. With my intuitive healing sessions I want to help you find your joy and get on the path to living the life you want, by balancing your spiritual energy and giving you a dedicated moment of calm.
