Presenter Bio

Renise “Nisi” Harrel (she/her) is a Body Empowerment Influencer and the creator of Twerk N Fab, a dance fitness experience that blends twerk culture with movement to create a safer space for all bodies.

With 18+ years of experience in bodywork and dance, Nisi is passionate about the healing power of movement. Her mission is to help people reclaim pleasure in their bodies, build confidence, and feel strong—no matter their shape or size.

Through Twerk N Fab, she encourages self-love, joy, and empowerment, proving that all booties are welcome on the dance floor!
